Meet the Expedition Team

Stashsafariindexchoi began with a shoebox of old safari notebooks and a question: what happens to all those pages? Three of us set out to answer it, one dispatch at a time.

How we file a dispatch

Every page starts with primary sources: the notebooks themselves, institutional catalogues and published editions. We cross-check dates against at least two reliable references and link readers to the archives so they can explore further. When we are unsure, we say so.

Independence

We are not affiliated with any museum, archive, park authority, tour operator or notebook brand named on this site. We accept no paid placements. If you spot an error, radio base camp and we will correct it.
